Online purchases made through PALMBEACHLEISURECO.COM are eligible for returns for 30 calendar days after the delivery date if the following conditions are met:

Items Eligible for Return:
1) Damaged or defective items
2) Incorrect item was shipped (a different product or size than what you ordered)

 

How Do I Return an Item for Store Credit?

Step 1:
Send us an email at info@palmbeachleisureco.com containing the following:

1) Order number
2) A picture of the item.
3) Explanation of the situation.

Step 2: We will review your email with the attached pictures. If approved, your refund will be processed in the amount for which you purchased your item.
